If the powers that be would set up a donation page and the readers donate a minimum total collectively of $1000, Emily and I will match that donation of $1000.
What are you all waiting for?

Ron and Emily

I’m captivated by the range of support bestowed upon the angling community. I've never felt more armed by friends and colleagues to jointly tackle such an important project. Thank you all for your support. This is community. Shelby

A update. As of this morning FFIMers have contributed $655 through our website homepage and Facebook. Thank you!! Keep it coming, let’s hit Ron and Emily’s challenge of $1000 before the weekend is done!

As Shelby said...this is what community is about...and the reason why we do this, so thank you again!

I posted the links about the project on the NH Fishing Forum as many of us in the Granite State often sneak across the border and fish Maine waters.

Ron,

You and Emily are the best. You both have done so much for FFIM and our FFIM community. I still remember Emily’s conclave goodie/lunch donations! You guys are the best!

Now for the rest of us...let’s get to $1000!

Ken

Folks, we are at $675. Let’s get this to $1000 and maximize Ron and Emily’s challenge to match.

Whether or not you have ever fished the Mailbox, let’s pay this one forward. Please share with your friends, and other sites you may be a participant of. It’s all about doing this for the greater community.

We can do this!

All,
Congratulations, that was fantastic. People came through a lot quicker than I had expected. I have fulfilled our part of the bargain. Would have done it sooner but had to make a trip over to NY (Monticello) and only miles from the holy waters of NY. And I didn't want to chance the transaction on my phone.

It is with great pleasure that we were able to help spur this drive and hopefully Rangeley Heritage Trust with everyone's help here in the FFIM community and that of others can acquire this property.

In return, as I have never fished this area, maybe a piece of advice/guidance when I can make the time to go in that direction.

But please don't stop now, as we can really help this and other projects that will provide habitat and resources for the protection of the quarry we all seek.

Ron and Emily

PS Hopefully our dogs will stay out of the Vets office for a bit otherwise I'll be putting up a go-fund me page.
