Some conclave stuff:

1. this one is the most important...bring your wallet with cash or your check book as we will have some cool stuff to auction and raffle off. artwork by Dan Daly, a framed photo of the 2012 calendar cover by Kevin O, lots of flies including some beauties that I got in the mail last night from Ron (1 Weight), gear from Patagonia and LL Bean, guided trips including a float plane ride from Rangeley up to the Kennebago with Acadian Seaplanes and Bill Stevens, ski passes to Saddleback, a custom made wading staff and so much more.

2. A free movie Saturday night and you get to see the spectacular pavallion at the campground.

3. You might get to meet Brian Foley and the veggie mobile.

4. You might actually get to fish

5. It's moose lottery weekend and there will all sorts of booths set up around Oquossoc and the RRGSA clubhouse.

6. You can meet famous people like Dan Tarkinson.

7. You can watch my hat burn Saturday night but beaware that it has 8 years of bug spray on it so be fare warned.

8. You can meet roadkill...that'd be Don Lynch

And you just might win a custom made tying table made by our own Lance Allaire. The table will be on display at the FFIM booth in Oquossoc (unless it's raining) or you just might win a custom made bamboo fly rod made by Joel Anderson and generous donations made by RFC. And lastly you just might win an Old Town Saranac canoe donated by Old Town canoe (the official canoe of FFIM). But you can only win those things if you buy tickets so buy some online today!

I would add that Mike Holt-of retirement fame- just dropped off a SUPER donation of a Renzetti vice with the knob adjustment feature...new in the box. I will bring it up and put it in Ken's hands....probably.

My buddy wants to know if there are going to be silent auctions for the Season Passes again?
