My heart says "shut it down" but my head says "let the biologists decide." Whenever a commodity goes for $2K/lb, theft, fraud and corruption are sure to be involved to some degree.

And I have no sympathy for the "fishermen" who were "caught off guard" but the sudden scrutiny. Under-reporting is against the law. They should be punished to the fullest extent.
