Nice job Mal. I hope to get out tomorrow before it gets too bad. Hoping for my first of the year!

Mal, I did get out yesterday and landed my first of the year - a healthy 24"er. That was from the yak - waves and wind made things difficult. But, sure nice to be 1 for 1!

Here's a couple of pix of the fish.

Mainiac,

What would you say your average length has been?

I think it was just the size class of the school I got into in Ogunquit, but most of the fish measure around 14 inches... Dinky little stripers.

It looks like you're getting into the mamas and papas.

I've been targeting the bigger fish so my length average is in the 28" to 30" range.
