I’m jealous. Have been sick since Christmas Eve. Flu or something like it. Happy New Year!

Yep- I woke up with it on Thursday.... Left work early Friday; spent the whole weekend in bed and still feel like shite.

At least I'm not alone. Life is returning slowly, for which I am grateful. Drink plenty of fluids!

I had been blaming the 2-day visit to Massachusetts for Christmas at my sister's house. Came home and went down hard on Friday, and am just emerging now.

Sorry to hear about everyone feeling under the weather. Spent a few hours Sat. on the St. George. Level was medium, water felt comfortable. Six or seven of us from rock ramp downstream. Did see someone getting the show and grin shot as I was leaving right at the ramp.
Must say though there is a great batch of hibernating poison ivy with loads of berries for the birds to spread. I was itching just seeing them. I know where I won't be come spring.
