I answered the survey based on using floating line which for me means using a furled leader. When fishing sinking or sinktip lines it's a mono leader for me.

I believe you can follow the link to survey monkey Once at the survey, don’t answer the questions just go to the bottom and hit Done. This should show you how folks answered the questions.

It does not show the write-in answers. For instance- I wrote in knotted leader for the leader type question. The answers reports are knotless, furled, or straight.

When the response (knotted leaders) is less than .0001% the survey totally ignores them. Blame the algorithm. Oh and by the way Furled leaders were at 24%.

I will close the survey this weekend. SurveyMonkey wants me to purchase an update before it will allow me to share all the replies. This is the first time I’ve tried SurveyMonkey ..... there is a learning curve. If worst comes to worst I’ll take screen shots to share all the data. Nothing is easy these days.

For the type of survey you made, Google Forms is a free and flexible option. Let me know if you need help (I make my living doing this stuff).

Thank you very much for offering to help ..... for sure. If you have experience with SurveyMonkey I’d gladly give you the links to access the data.
