I picked up a couple of these necks for the soft hackle. But looking at the chicabou I decided to try it in place of marabou on smaller flies. Works well as far as tying goes, but I'm wondering how it will hold up. I'm wondering if anyone has used these feathers before. Great necks and reasonably priced.

It actually holds up much better than marabou, and still has great action in the water. It it says Whiting on the package it’s great.

Yup... good luck with it too. I went through a phase of marabou Wong’s on classic wets and the chickabou was great.
