Calling all gearheads. Want the latest information on fly lines. Tom Rosenbauer of Orvis interviews Josh Jenkins, Research and Development Manager for Scientific Anglers. They discuss floating lines and talk about line cores, line memory, line coatings, cleaning lines (the second best soap and water - the best soap and water and a pad like a Scotch Brite pads - it's good to abrade the line coating slightly), different tapers (yes, double taper and weight-forward lines have the same taper for the first 30 to 35-feet) and a lot more. Really good listen.

The discussion with Josh Jenkins doesn't start until about 45-minutes in. So if you don't want to listen to Tom answer random questions and want to get to the discussion click the time bar about 45-minutes in.
