The Community Center is popular in February. The only open dates are the 17th and the 24th both Sundays.

If you favor one date over the other post now. I don't dare to wait long to book the room.

I can do the 24th- and Sundays are actually easier to get away.

Well, the Conference Room is booked for February 24th.
Several people suggested cutting the time back to 3 hours so I rented the room from 10:00 am until 1:00 pm and of course, people come and go whenever they want.

Due to the generous donations made at the last Tie and Lie we have enough cash for this rental and another in March if people are interested. Let me know by posting here or telling me at the Tie and Lie.

Format pretty much the same. I'll have a big coffee pot there. Some people brought cookies to the last one (might happen again) and several people gathered at Big G's around 9:00 am for breakfast.

I heard a rumor Kim bought a winning lottery ticket and he's buying again. (just in case you're thinking about going)

Hey Mike-

Remember to pick up the key tomorrow. From the sound of the audience at the Kennebec Valley Fly Tyers last night, expect a crowd.

Best,
Hunter

Well, I knew there would be coffee at the Tie and Lie. I knew because I bring it.

Now I know there will be cookies as well because 1weight's package arrived.

And since I sort of feel responsible for them, you know - keeping them at my house and all, I wanted to make sure they were OK and didn't get moldy or anything on the trip, so I tried one. From each bag.

They're fine

So - snow tomorrow. Some say it won't start until later in the day and we'll all be home by then.

Some say it will start about 10 and be bad until 5 when it turns to rain.

Some say it will just be rain.

I just don't know. Should we try to re-schedule tomorrow's Tie and Lie?

Let’s run as planned and plan another for March. Folks can choose to drive or not on their own, but at least here- the forecast doesn’t look all that bad.

Ps- if you do cancel, we’re coming looking for the cookies.
