Hi All, I am a little late on this but am just crawling out of a hole after my family had had a rotating stomach flu rip through the house since Christmas Day.

For the second time (once very 5 years or so) I sent in my HMH Vice for a tune up. It was in tough shape after lots of tying, hard use by the kids, and a total lack of preventative care while I was over seas.

I shipped it in, and a few weeks later got a personal note from Jon that he had sent it back, but it had been returned to sender. We squared that away and it arrived in a day, good as new. Fresh jaws, lubed, tuned and as smooth as the day I got it. Mind you this is their entry level version that has given me 10 or 12 solid years and it has at least that many years left in it.

That new one is sweet... I will upgrade and move this one to camp one of these days.

Great product and service. Thank you!
