51 and I voted never fish ponds.

I did a few ponds as part of the brook trout survey a few years ago, other than that, all moving water.

Have a great day!

1to 5 times a year more like 1 or 2. I increasingly fish moving water although it was not always like that.

42, never fish ponds. I'm sure I'm missing something but I would prefer to now the lawn than pond fish.

Soo... on average I split my time about equally on moving and still water, but I wouldn't call much of the still water I fish a "pond" The information your seeking doesn't consider that variable. I'd like to help out and vote, but I'm not sure what you consider pond fishing.

A pond by definition: a small body of still water formed naturally or by hollowing or embanking

Tim is right. Most of us ARE old. Flyfishing has become......like Golf........somewhat of a geriatric sport. Go to a TU meeting sometime and try counting the guys/gals without gray hair. There won't be many.
